What should I include in the first request?
Include the product reference or technical description, target quantity, use case, delivery city in Turkiye and required documents. Photos, drawings, old labels or part numbers make the request easier to review.
Does SEAL work with every product category?
No. The scope is intentionally limited to automotive oils and consumables, food processing equipment, ceramic industry raw materials, server and computer components, shut-off valves, aerosol valves and spray actuators.
Can I send a request without an exact manufacturer code?
Yes, but alternative matching needs written limits. Dimensions, material, application, photos and existing part data are needed before an alternative can be treated as technically relevant.
Are minimum order quantities fixed?
No. MOQ depends on the product category, supplier policy, packing format and stock situation. It is one of the commercial points to clarify before a quotation is treated as usable.
What is a trial lot?
A trial lot is a smaller initial quantity used to check suitability before a larger order, especially for raw materials, consumables and compatibility-sensitive components. It is not available for every product.
Which documents can be requested?
Depending on the category, the request may include a technical data sheet, SDS, COA, declaration of conformity, warranty-channel note, packing details, origin or shipment documents.
How quickly does the first response arrive?
SEAL first checks whether the request is readable and which details are missing. A firm quotation timeline depends on the product category, supplier response, document scope and stock situation.
Why does the delivery point in Turkiye matter?
Delivery city, recipient details, packing expectations and unloading conditions affect supplier communication. Sharing them early makes quotation and shipment preparation more measurable.
